Monthly outlook summary

One row per month, by the day of the event. “Accurate outlooks” is the share of accurate outlooks out of those measured. A partial outlook counts as accurate: Volatly measures the direction of the move, not the close. Outlooks with no clear direction are counted separately and stay out of the percentage.
